Business Development Representative

Overview

Venturity is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative with 3 – 5 years solid success in Sales and Business Development. Someone with a natural curiosity and closing mentality will do well in this role.  Extremely competitive compensation and commission structure with opportunity for growth, promotion, and leadership. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can become the face of Venturity to our most valued clients and partners across multiple markets. You will work closely with the business development and marketing team to develop and execute our growth plans.   • Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities- this includes active communication of filtered actionable intelligence
  • Actively market Venturity’s brand.
  • Define mutual client relationship expectations.
  • Participate in a variety of marketing events, as well as help create new marketing initiatives.
