The Great Game of Business
The Great Game of Business is an open-book management system that utilizes financial transparency to yield growth in profit, revenue and employee engagement. The Great Game brings together team members by educating them in the rules of business, rallies everyone behind a common goal, empowers their ability to impact the business and keeps them engaged. In 2016, we explored implementation and in 2017, became a full-fledged Great Game practitioner with the guidance of a coach. As a newly formed ESOP company, we can’t imagine running our business any other way. By staying true to the process, we have found that we can reach our goals, have a stake in the outcome and be prepared for almost anything that comes our way.
2018 Rookie of the Year
In 2018 we were awarded the Rookie of the Year award. This award recognizes companies that have been practicing open-book management and The Great Game of Business for less than 2 years and have already achieved remarkable results.
2019 Emplify Engagement
In 2019 we were awarded the first ever Emplify Engagement award. This award, sponsored by Emplify, recognizes an organization with a high level of employee engagement and commitment to culture while playing GGOB.
All-Star Team 2018, 2019, & 2020
For the last three years, we have been recognized alongside some of the top practitioners. The All-Star Team is comprised of companies from around the globe that have fully embraced the principles of open-book management and The Great Game of Business that have demonstrated outstanding results.
All-Star Champion 2021
In 2021, we were ecstatic to receive the All-Star Champion Award. The cornerstone of the All-Star Awards, recipients of this honor have been playing GGOB at a high level for two or more years, and as a result have seen impressive results in their financial performance and company culture.

This competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, retention and more.
