Paul Griffith

Paul joined Venturity in 2023 and currently serves as the Vice President of Growth and Transformation, where he helps shape and execute strategies that drive meaningful, measurable growth. He leads Venturity’s marketing function and serves on the G&A Leadership Team, collaborating across departments to align goals, define metrics, and champion a culture of curiosity and innovation.  

What I’m Passionate About

I’m passionate about turning ambitious ideas into meaningful results- connecting strategy with execution to create lasting impact. I enjoy working across teams to develop go-to-market strategies, lead data informed marketing efforts, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with CEOs, COOs, and CFOs across a range of industries to support growth in B2B and B2C SaaS, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and AI integration. My focus has been on building and refining sales, marketing, and product plans through thoughtful market research, competitive insights, and strong business cases. At the core of my work is a simple mission: to help teams think strategically, move with confidence, and grow with purpose.

Where I’ve Been

I earned my BS from Texas A&M University and jumped into the tech start-up scene in Austin, TX at T-Manage and Dell Computer, followed by a Senior Director of Corporate Business Development role at AOL / Time Warner. From there I served as a COO of Endeavor Commerce, a pioneer in the B2B CPQ landscape. Endeavor was strategically acquired due to the hard work and innovation we were able to deliver to the market. Over the course of my career, I’ve led teams and initiatives that span strategy, operations, and innovation. Each role has deepened my expertise in organizational effectiveness, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination. Most recently, prior to Venturity, I served as Managing Partner at Blackland Company, advising public and private businesses as a change agent with transformative growth solutions.

What I Do In My Spare Time

Outside of work, I find joy in the outdoors, and quality time with family. Whether I’m hiking through Texas trails, biking scenic routes, or casting a line on a quiet morning, nature is my favorite escape. My wife Melissa and I are proud parents of three, currently navigating the exciting and busy seasons of college and high school. Family time is a top priority, whether it’s cheering from the sidelines, gathering around the dinner table, or simply enjoying a peaceful evening together. I am also deeply committed to community and faith-based service. I serve in various capacities across Fellowship of the Outdoors, Boy Scouts of America, and That Man Is You (TMIY), where I supports leadership development, mentorship, and spiritual growth. These roles reflect my passion for helping others grow through shared experiences, values, and connection to the outdoors.
