Tracey Huff
Chief Operating Officer

Tracey joined Venturity in January 2006 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. In her role, Tracey oversees a team of professionals who deliver outsourced and advisory services to our clients.
What I’m Passionate About
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed spending time with business owners learning about their business and helping them make forward-looking decisions. I draw upon this passion as I lead our team of professionals at Venturity. I get energy from supporting my team as they focus on setting up successful client relationships. To me, success looks like: establishing a strong partnership, developing appropriate processes and getting the accounting to a place where financials and KPIs can be provided consistently to the key decision makers to help them meet their business objectives.
After attending the Small Giants Leadership Academy in 2019, I’m even more committed to having a culture of performance-based organization where every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to provide an exceptional client experience. At this point in my journey, my goal is to be my team’s trusted advisor as they endeavor to be that for their clients.
Where I’ve Been
Prior to joining Venturity, I spent the first 13 years of my career in commercial banking where I worked closely with owners of privately held businesses. I served as Senior Vice President and Manager of commercial lending groups at Amegy Bank and Comerica Bank. Throughout my professional career, in banking and at Venturity, I have focused on creating solutions for entrepreneurial businesses.
Prior to my time in commercial banking, I earned a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas.
What I Do in My Spare Time
I have served in various leadership roles with community and professional organizations. Currently, I spend time supporting the many charities chosen by Venturity Cares and the Canton Women’s League. I also serve on the board of my local church and volunteer as a member of the tech team during worship services. I spend most of my spare time with my daughter which includes watching her play volleyball and tennis. I enjoy hiking, watching movies and spending time on the back porch with my family and friends.
After 15+ years of working at Venturity, there is still always something new to learn every day as we strive to make an impact on our team and our clients!
