Rane Lallier

Rane joined Venturity in March of 2015 and currently serves as the VP of Client Experience. In her role as VP of CE Rane executes our Client Experience initiatives and training, ensuring expectations with our clients and teams are mutually aligned. Rane, alongside our VP of Great Accounting, supports our leadership team through trainings and growth planning.  

What I’m Passionate About  

I truly enjoy meeting clients, learning about their businesses and their ‘why’. Our passion for Exceptional Service allows me to meet clients at various stages of our partnership, ensure expectations are aligned and support our clients and teams. I am passionate about serving others and collaborating to go beyond the numbers for our clients, therefore these touchpoints allow me to support our team and strategize how we can make an impact on their business.   

Where I’ve Been  

After graduating from Centenary College of Louisiana with a BS in both Accounting and Business, the early part of my career was spent in public accounting, followed by industry-based accounting roles. These experiences taught me the importance of solid processes and monthly financials, as well as educating the operations team and small business owners on their financial position while setting goals.

What I Do in My Spare Time  

I have been involved in and held board positions with several community organizations, including Junior Leage of Richardson, National Charity League, St. Paul the Apostle Parent’s Organization and Canyon Creek Women’s Racquet Club. I earned the Volunteer of the Year award for fundraising with the City of Richardson. In my free time, I like to travel and host family/friends game night spending time with my loved ones.
