Overview
As a Controller with Venturity you will be both a strong individual contributor and team leader, and will be responsible for managing and performing the month-end close process for a group of our clients, as well as directly supervising the work of Staff Accountants and Assistant Controllers. This is a hands-on position where you will have the opportunity to lead a team and continue to perform the hands-on accounting work that you love.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation preferred
- Must have 8+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with multi-company business
- Experience in expanding, fast growing organizations
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred, Great Plains and other accounting software a plus
- Extensive full cycle accounting experience including closing the books and financial statement preparation and analysis required
- Prior Controllership experience
